Telegram, unlike other instant messaging services, allows its users to subscribe to channels and participate in conversations in which a single person posts messages and is followed by other users.

It's really fascinating because it allows you to stay on top of the topics, personalities and services that interest you. Right now, there's a rather unexpected question: how do I find Telegram groups? Thanks to the search engine integrated into the famous service's application for smartphones, tablets and computers, the answer will be quick.

Continue reading my guide on the subject to find out exactly how to proceed. The procedure for performing the action in question using the Telegram app for smartphones and tablets, the app for PCs, and the web version of the service is described in the lines that follow. In any event, you don't need to worry about anything because you'll finish the work quickly. Next, what? Have you prepared? Do you? Great! Let's go!

Before you start

Before getting down to the nitty-gritty of the subject, it seems appropriate to provide a few some details on Telegram channels and their nature, to clarify your ideas on the subject.

As we mentioned at the beginning of this article, Telegram channels are nothing more than conversations that are meant to be read by a large audience. Users who choose to subscribe to a channel are unable to actively participate because they cannot post their own content; instead, they can only view and interact with content that has been posted by the channel owner and any other administrators.

It is also necessary to make a clear distinction between chains public and private. The first can be found and joined by anyone because they have a username. On the other hand, private channels are locked. As a result, in order to join them, you either need to have an invitation link or be included directly by their authors.

Regarding public channels, you can use my lesson on the top Telegram channels to determine which ones most appeal to you. A few Google searches using phrases like "Telegram channels [your interest]" and a review of the available results will also help you locate some new ones.

However, the most efficient method is to search directly on our directory, we have done the work for you! Go to the main page of our Telegram directory and you will find the best Telegram groups classified by theme: porn, entertainment, betting, cryptocurrency, money and serie-tv. In each list you will have access to the Telegram direct link by simply clicking on the button and also to some additional information about each of the Telegram groups presented.

Because of the differentiation that has just been made, in the following lines I will only explain how to find public channels, as these are precisely the ones that users can search for freely. As for the second type, I'll explain what to do when you receive an invitation or the access link.

If you feel you need more information on Telegram channels, please refer to the special information page on the service's website, as well as my tutorial on the operation of Telegram.
